Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your eyewear.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the original protective case is included to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
